Returning an item

b.sirius is committed to our customer service and we love knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or would like to refund or exchange an item we offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all online orders (not including postage).

All goods need to be returned in original condition, including swing tags. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product. 

For exchanges please include a pre-paid satchel for your new chosen item to be returned to you.

Damaged OR FAULTY items

We take great care to ensure that our products are packed securely, so they arrive at your door in perfect condition.

However if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at and we will provide a full refund. If we still have the item in stock, you can choose a replacement. We offer a full refund for faulty items, as per consumer law.

Missing items

If your order arrives and something is missing please let us know and we will fix it up straight away.


b.sirius offers a 6 month warranty on all items.

This refers to manufacturing faults only and does not include wear and tear or neglect. If you purchase directly from us online we can just look up your details in our system but if you order from one of our retailers be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
