Returns Policy

b.sirius is committed to our customer service and we love knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases.

If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your online purchase, we offer a 14 day exchange guarantee for all online orders (not including postage).

All goods need to be returned in original condition, including swing tags. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product and for postage of your replacement item. Please post your product to:

If you wish to return an item that you purchased in a shop, please return it directly to the shop where you made your purchase, since they may have a different returns policy.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure that our products are packed securely, so they arrive at your door in perfect condition.

However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at contact@bsirius.com to let us know and we will provide a full refund. We may ask for photographs or for you to return your item by post. If we still have the item in stock, you can choose a replacement or another item to the same value instead. We offer a full refund for faulty items, as per consumer law.

Missing Items

If your order arrives and something is missing please let us know and we will fix it up straight away.

Warranty

b.sirius offers a 6 month warranty on all items.

This refers to manufacturing faults only and does not include wear and tear or neglect. If you purchase directly from us online we can just look up your details in our system but if you order from one of our retailers be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
