Shipping of Retail Orders

When will my order be dispatched? 

Retail orders received before 2pm on any business day will be posted using Australia Post on the following business day. Items ordered on weekends, Victorian public holidays or after 2pm on any business day will be shipped the day after the following business day.

Delivery Costs and Timeframes

Within Australia, we use Australia Post, with tracking. Delivery time is 2 to 7 days, depending on your location.

• $10 AUD Flat Rate within Australia 
• $20 AUD Flat Rate to New Zealand - delivery time 7 to 14 Business Days 
• To the Rest of the World - shipping is $50 AUD, delivery time 7 to 21 Business Days

UPDATE 17/3/2020. Statement from Australia Post: to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all Australian parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf.

The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

Please note that the above timeframes are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. At b.sirius, we do our utmost to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but we can't be held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance.
If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept your parcel, in most cases it will be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

International Orders – duties and taxes 

Duties and taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax-free threshold. In most cases retail orders will be under this threshold, so no charges will be payable. If you want to be sure before you make your purchase, you can source this information from your local customs office or look up the threshold online to determine if your order will incur any additional charges upon entry to your country.
